Parlakhemundi
The Odisha campus is the registered home of the firm: design studio, press room, craft workshops and the coffee block sit within a few minutes' walk of each other, which is the entire point.
Apprentices move between benches rather than staying inside one trade. A design proof walks to the press; a roast sample walks back to the studio for packaging.

The Dooars
The West Bengal side began as a café and grew into the firm's hospitality and tourism base: roasting, the travel desk, and a field station at the forest edge in Panijhora.
Work here follows the season — guiding and stays in the cool months, roasting and production through the rest of the year.
